We created CMI to provide dentists, dental specialists and physicians with a revolutionary imaging tool to help them diagnose and treat their patients.  We provide a comfortable and friendly environment, convenient scheduling and location, and fast turn-around of images.

JCAHO-Accredited Facility
In the spring of 2006, we received full accreditation by the Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO).

Our fees are considerably lower than nearly any Chicagoland facility offering this caliber of imaging – yet another benefit of CMI that patients and referring doctors appreciate.

Convenient Location
We opened CMI in 2005 in a beautiful, modern and comfortable facility. We’re located in the heart of Lincoln Park, on Lincoln Avenue, just half of a block north of Fullerton.  Street parking is available, and there is nearby parking at the Children’s Memorial Hospital parking structure just south of CMI, on the west side Lincoln Avenue.
